Easy Care and Mazda MEPP Supplies:
Tto order supplies for Easy Care Products email shipping@easycare.com. Please provide the following information: Quantity, Product you are ordering and the form number. Also, please include your dealership name, address and contact info. Alternatively you may download, print and fax in the order form.

Land Rover Supplies:
Visit www.landrovercreativepartners.com and Login using your CDS ID number and password. If you are having problems with your CDS ID, please call 734-525-3400.

Once you have logged in, click on "Certified Pre-Owned" at the top left of the screen. Then, go to "Certified Pre-Owned" at the top left again of the next screen and click on "Showroom/Service Display and Materials" and then "Applications and Forms". All materials are listed on the next screen.

Jaguar Supplies:
Visit www.jaguarcreativepartners.com and Login using your CDS ID number and password. If you are having problems with your CDS ID, please call 734-525-3400.

Once you have logged in, click on "Certified Pre-Owned" at the top left of the screen. Then, go down to "Showroom/Service Area". Then, there will be options including "Extra Mile Materials". All materials are listed on the next screen.

Volvo Supplies:
Visit www.volvomarketingxpress.com. You will need to use your 4-digit dealer number to access the site. For example, if your dealer number is V08489, you will enter 8489. There is no password.

The best way to find the form needed on this site is to enter a key word in the top left "Product Search" area and click "Go". For example, if you enter "VIP" on the Product Search area, it will bring up 25 forms to choose from (including state specific).
