

Ron Kiraly works as a sales representative, sales coach, trainer, platform speaker, and in-dealership personnel development specialist. His duties include acquisition and development of automotive, RV and motorcycle dealerships. Ron assists agency accounts with improving vehicle sales and profits, along with enhancing sales and F&I revenue. He works with dealerships in OH, NY, WV, PA, VA, MD, DE, NC and SC.
Ron conducts a five-day comprehensive automotive F&I training course "Achievement Through Education-Solutions Provider Selling" six times a year for the Automotive Development Group in Mooresville, NC. He also instructs in-dealership F&I training workshops for select ADG automotive accounts in VA, MD, NC and SC.
Ron is known nationally for his "Selling For Keeps" auto sales training workshops and courses, as well his "Solutions Provider Selling" Finance Manager workshops and seminars.
During the last forty (40) years, Ron Kiraly held positions of new and used car salesperson, Finance Manager, New Car Manager, and General Manager. Ron also previously served as a Regional Training Manager for APCO EasyCare.
Ron has more than seventeen (17) years experience as a direct auto dealership employee, coupled with another twenty-three (23) years as a consultant, coach, trainer, platform speaker, and in-dealership specialist to the automobile, motorcycle and recreational vehicle industries.
Ron attended the University of Akron. He is a member of General Motors' Legion of Leaders, Hall of Fame, Society of Sales Executives, National Speakers Association, and Toastmasters International.
